Q2. What are the scope of services available ?
A2. RACE is a 24 hour car helpline providing Emergency assistance to those in need.

           

Q3. Validity of Membership ?
A3. The memberships are valid for 12 months or 12 accumulated services (whichever is earlier)

Q4. Are major faults attended to ?
A4. RACE specializes in providing Emergency services in case of breakdowns, as of right now major services are not attended to, however the same is in the offing, you shall hear about it soon……

Q5. What happens in case the vehicle is not made motorable ?
A5. In case the vehicle requires attention and emergency care does not suffice , the vehicle is towed (Free upto 5 Km) to the nearest repair point where the required attention is provided

Q6. Are spares available ?
A6. Each RACE service vehicle stocks emergency OE (original Equipment) spares at all times, however in the current market situation where an innumerable number of vehicle manufacturers are prevailing, it is not possible to stock all. In this case the required spares are made available keeping in accordance the willingness of the member.

Q7. Are the services available on holidays ?
A7. Yes ! Services are available 365 days a year except on Vishwakarma Day.

Q8. How are these services provided ?
A8. RACE has an infrastructure comprising 60 Vans and 15 Motorcycles which are equipped with all necessary tools and spares required to provide emergency assistance. The bikes are used in areas where accessibility is a constraint. The service modules are equipped with GPS in order to determine their location and easy assigning for complaints. The service vehicles are equipped with a 2 way wireless system in order to ease communication with the control rooms

Q9. How soon will my complaint be attended to ?
A9. Every year RACE carries out a census in order to determine our promptness. Our Latest census concludes that 81% of our calls were attended to within a duration of 30 minutes ,the balance of 19 % were delayed because the complaint was registered during peak traffic hours, however the same were attended within the duration of 60 minutes.

Q10. How Well trained are these mechanics ?
A10. ITI Diploma holders are the prime criteria of selection at RACE, with a minimum experience of 2 years at an Authorized service center.
