The Race Car Helpline Service was implemented successfully for the first time in Delhi in the year 2000 by our Managing Director Mr. R.K Jain, after spending many months of studying the concept and getting feedback from car owners in Delhi & NCR regarding the need for such a Helpline Service.
Race has its own dedicated fleet of repair Vans & 2Wh which are spread strategically across Delhi & NCR. We have a fully computerized customer care which received customer calls and logs the complaints. The control room manages the allocation and movement of the Vans based on customer calls. All vans are well equipped with trained mechanics, required tooling, spare parts etc and are in 24 hr contact with the control room thru wireless sets. We at Race continually develop innovative assistance and service solutions for any kind of situation our customers may get into.
